We work hard to ensure all packaging is eco-friendly and keeps freight costs low.
After you remove the strips from the compostable packaging, place them into an airtight jar to increase shelf life.
Each batch is made fresh, by hand. You may notice inconsistencies in size, shape and colour.
We are a small business and source most of our products locally with the exception of Juniper Berries, which act as a digestive aid.

Seaweed adds a delicious, salty flavour. You will feel the need to increase your water intake slightly, so please keep some on hand.

Vegan Ingredients: Kale, Celery, Silverbeet, Spinach, Broccoli, Leek, Sweet Potato, Parsnip, Swede, Filtered Tasmanian Rainwater, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Onion, Turmeric, Ginger, Watercress, Sage, Parsley, Bay Leaves, Seaweed Mix ( Tasmanian Wakame, Tasmanian Kelp), Juniper Berries, Tasman Sea Salt, Tasmanian Pepperberry, Tasmanian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (ZigZag Farm).

Low FODMAP Ingredients: Filtered Tasmanian Rainwater, Chicken/Beef Bones, Carrots, Bay Leaves, Seaweed Mix (Tasmanian Kelp, Tasmanian Wakame), Juniper Berries, Tasman Sea Salt, Tasmanian Pepperberry.

Is the Bone Broth organic?

The organic certification process is incredibly lengthy but definitely something we want to jump into in the future. For now though, Take a Broth is not certified organic. We can assure you though that all the ingredients are sourced locally, here in beautiful Tasmania, with the exception of the Juniper Berries.

Our bones are premium, local & grass fed. The ingredients are ethical & sustainable and where possible organic or spray-free.

Are Take a Broth products gluten & dairy free?

The ingredients are all gluten, dairy and additive/preservative free BUT they are processed using shared equipment which may come into contact with some known allergens.

How do I consume Bone Broth Strips?

Chew and swallow. Make sure you keep your water bottle handy. The water has been extracted from the broth. The added seaweeds will increase your need for water (a plus!).

Take a Broth is not intended to be a meal replacement but if you are fasting it is handy to get you through the fasting period.

How do I store Bone Broth Strips?

The packaging is biodegradable so please, once opening pop the rest into an airtight container or a glass jar.
