About the book:
The need for a ‘lunchbox’ book came about following a number of questions from busy parents about healthy real food ideas to pack for school.
We are all time poor and busy these days and it is so easy to reach for processed snacks to fill your child’s lunchbox.
The aim of this book is to provide easy, time saving, nutritional and healthy food ideas to assist the transition away from processed foods which is the first step to having a healthy lunchbox.
Many children have food allergies or sensitivities and extra thought is required when packing the lunchbox. We have included hints and tips such as doing a big cook up once a week and an ingredient shopping list to keep handy.
All our recipes are Nut Free and Refined Sugar Free. Each individual recipe has an index label.
