Kale Chips with Bacon

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Bacon & Broth Salt
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees celsius and line two trays with baking paper
  2. Strip, wash and dry your kale.
  3. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix together with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy and dried out.
  6. You may need to flip them halfway through the cooking time.
