Chocolate Pretzels with Chicken Broth Salt

Ingredients
  • 200g packet of unsalted pretzels (see notes)
  • 400g chocolate of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Sprinkle of Chicken Broth Salt
Instructions
  1. Pop a saucepan of water on the stove and get it on a gentle simmer.
  2. Add a bowl or double boiler on top.
  3. Break up your chocolate into pieces and add to the bowl, stirring often with a stainless steel spoon until it melts.
  4. Add other ingredients and stir well.
  5. Add the pretzels and give it a gentle mix with a fork.
  6. Place in a single layer on a baking paper lined tray with tongs or a fork.
  7. Sprinkle with Chicken Broth Salt.
  8. Place in the fridge to set.
