Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 6 good quality, free range chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Pork Broth Chinese Rub
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Airfryer : place in a heat proof dish and cook uncovered on 180 for around 15 -20 minutes
  3. Oven : place in a heat proof dish and cook uncovered on 180 for around 20-30 minutes
