Stewed Apples for Gut Health

Ingredients
  • 6 apples
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Wash your apples well.
  2. Core but do not peel.
  3. Cut into wedges.
  4. Add to a saucepan with the water and cinnamon.
  5. Cook over a low heat, very slowly until soft.
  6. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
