Mushy Peas & Spinach

Ingredients
  • Peas
  • English Spinach
  • Mint
  • Chicken Broth Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Water
  • ¼ Cup Cream
  • Knob of Butter
Instructions
  1. Add the peas & spinach into a stove top pot.
  2. Break up a large sprig of mint and add with chicken broth salt and pepper.
  3. Fill with water.
  4. Cook on a high heat until boiling.
  5. Once boiled (approx 2 mins) drain most of the water (leave a little in the bottom of the pot)
  6. Add the cream & butter
  7. Mash with a masher or stick blender.
  8. Top up with freshly podded raw peas for extra flavour.
  9. Eat & enjoy!!
